What's In The Box:
Hansgrohe Manufacturer's Warranty
- Hansgrohe is duly notified to repair or replace defective product or refund the purchase price of such product only if the products are proven to have manufacturing defects.
- Once products are delivered, any subsquent request for product exchange will be subject to approval on a case-by-case basis and out of company goodwill.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and will be inspected that they are in good condition before exchange is allowed. There will be strictly no product exchange for spare parts and products that have been installed.
- All product exchange is subjected to a processing fee of 25% based on the buying price of the exchange product.
