Return Policy

 

     INTRODUCTION

  1. Items sold in Aladdinstreet.com, can generally be returned/replaced within 30 days of receipt of the items by the buyer. However, there are some items that cannot be returned (explained below).
  2. Every item may not have the same return/replacement terms. Kindly check the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the following table.
  3. If the items purchased by you are not found within the table below or if you need any further assistance, please contact our Customer Service at cs@aladdinstreet.com for assistance.

  1. the original unused condition the items were shipped to you;
  2. Include ALL the accessories, manuals, warranty cards, documentations etc accompanying the item; AND
  3. in the original merchant’s box or packaging.

  1. the original unused condition the items were shipped to you;
  2. it should be unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags still attached;
  3. include ALL the accessories accompanying the item; AND
  4. in the original merchant’s box or packaging.

If you have a non-returnable item that does not conform with the description, or arrived damaged, or defective, please contact our Customer Service.

NOTE:

  1. In most cases, our Customer Office may only require you to submit photographs of the purchased item together with the form (found in our website) to initiate a Return/Refund claim. It will then take an approximate of 5 business days for us to investigate the claim brought by you. When we have provisionally determined that the items are eligible for a replacement, the said shipping cost for replacement will be arranged at the merchant’s sole / own expense and based on the same delivery time frame.
  2. However, in some special cases, we may require you to return the items either to Aladdin Street’s Customer Service Office OR to our designated location, in accordance to our instructions at your cost. It may take up to 15 - 30 days for an item to reach us after you have returned the item to us. Once we have received the returned items, it takes 5 business days for us to inspect the said returned items. Where we have provisionally determined that the items are eligible for a replacement, replacement shipping cost will be arranged at the merchant’s expense and based on the same delivery time frame.
  3. On a case-to-case basis, Aladdin Street may grant cash refund to the buyer for the returned goods into the buyer’s nominated bank account. For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the merchant.
  4. Alternatively, Aladdin Street may refund to the buyer by way of credit (“Credit”). This Credit will enable you to purchase different items altogether from Aladdin Street. Once we have received your returned items and refund has been approved according to your issue, our Customer Service shall notify you accordingly. If you have not received the refund (either in cash or credit) after 14 working days from the date of our notification, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
  5. If the buyer has any change in mind after purchasing the goods through AladdinStreet.com (which is not due to any other reason, such as goods being defective), the request for replacing the same shall be subject to the Merchant’s approval at all times. The Merchant is entitled to reject any such request by the buyer. However, our Customer Service may assess each claim on a case to case basis and we may be able to assist in replacing the item purchased by the buyer.
  6. This policy only applies for B2C transactions in AladdinStreet.com. Please refer to the Return, Refund and Replace policy for B2B located in the quotation of your B2B order.
  7. It is the buyer’s responsibilities to ensure that the items purchased by the buyer is in conformity with its own country law and the said items purchased are allowed to be shipped into the buyer’s country.
  8. Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions, the Merchants and/or the Company shall have no legal obligation to entertain any request for replacement / refund if the Buyer is unable or refuses to provide evidence to support its request replacement / refund.
